A genuine vintage Bell Systems metal first aid kit! The kit is in good used Vintage condition with some signs of wear and a little rust but a solid rubber gasket to keep it water tight. There is some surface rust on the outside of the tin but the clasps work as they should and overall the lettering on the front is very eligible. The dimensions are roughly 9" x 6.25" x 2.5". This would be an awesome gift for a collector or a great conversation piece!
